Club member Johnny Baker has made a few changes and as a result we now have a much better forum for Club Members to use to discuss angling in this area.

The Forum is run independently, and not by the Committe. However, it is requested that all posts to the Forum are kept clean, and that the Forum is not used for "having a go" at other anglers.

Joining Furness Fishing Association Coarse Section

Membership to the Coarse Section can be obtained by completing an application form and returning it to the Membership Secretary, together with your fee (cheque or Postal Orders ONLY) and a stamped self addressed envelope. Click the link below to open the form for printing:

Fees for the 2008-2009 season are as follows:-

Seniors:- £25.00, plus £5.00 joining fee for first time members or those whose permit has lapsed.

Juniors:- £10.00. Joining fee isn't applicable.

O.A.P.’s:- £12.50. Joining fee isn't applicable.

ALL 2nd and 3rd rod permits will be £12.50 each

Juniors 10 years and under are entitled to free membership but they must complete and return an application form to be covered by the clubs insurance. Also, to be eligible for free membership juniors under 10 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult when fishing.

Closing date for membership renewal for seniors is April 15th, after which the joining fee must be paid.
